LOGOA ENGINEERING

Mechanical
Engineering Services

Logoa Engineering provides a comprehensive service covering the entire product life cycle, from calculation through to production ramp-up, with a clear focus on reducing technical risk, lead time, and total project cost.

In a typical project, we begin with calculation and validation to ensure performance requirements are met, continue with design and integration oriented toward manufacturability, and conclude with industrialization and production support, ensuring a robust and competitive outcome.

If your needs do not require a full-service approach but rather specific phases of a project, we can deliver detail engineering, drafting, industrialization, supplier sourcing, as well as dimensional metrology based on third-party designs. Please contact us with no obligation.

Calculation, validation and optimization

Cálculo

Complete sizing of gears, shafts, bearings, and shaft–hub connections based on real load cases and duty cycles, in accordance with the main applicable standards (ISO, AGMA, DIN, etc.). Structural validation through FEM analysis and optimization to ensure performance, reliability, and service life.

Design and Integration

Selección de componentes comerciales

Design of assemblies and components integrating calculated parts and commercial off-the-shelf components. Design adaptation to the optimal manufacturing process (machining, casting, forging, heat and surface treatments) and preparation of manufacturing drawings and detailed engineering documentation (2D and 3D drafting).

Industrialization and Production Ramp-Up

Diseño

Support from prototype to serial production: supplier selection and qualification, leveraging an extensive national and international supplier database, support during testing, redesign activities, and definition of the industrialization strategy to achieve robust production.

Technical Support and Dimensional Metrology

Delineación

Reverse engineering, dimensional metrology, support in quotation preparation (BOMs and preliminary documentation), and selection of commercial components (seals, bearings, pneumatic/hydraulic actuators, braking systems, driveshafts, cardan joints, and CV joints).
